I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were cozy and had a comfortable bed, unexpected balcony, and a great bathroom. The service was top-notch with excellent room service and housekeeping. The location was superb, very near to the old square, making it convenient to explore Krakow easily. However, the dining experience with not-so-great filter coffee was a downside. The hotel facilities were fantastic, offering everything I needed for a pleasant stay.
